Fruits of Work is an academical project, a non-profit digital platform and a tool dedicated to reduce secrecy around pay information and by that tackling labour exploitation and pay discrimination, focussing on work in the creative industries. It’s massively inspired and informed by the Google Spreadsheet Graphic Design Salary Transparency.
